In January of 2015 Joe and Tammy Sloan purchased 3 acres of land 16 miles from Soldotna Alaska, just 1/4 mile from the famous Kenai River.  They also own river front property with private fishing access on the Kenai River. 

They currently have 3 cabins for rent  and are in the process of building a fourth cabin.   Click on the Lodging tab for information on each of the cabins.
